1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

After Shipment

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• You may refer to our return policy (if applicable).

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of baby hygiene products, we follow strict safety guidelines:

• Opened or used diaper packs cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, or

  • The wrong item was delivered

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and unopened

• Must be in original packaging

• Return request must be raised within [3–7 days] of delivery

• Proof (photos/videos) may be required

4. Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refund will be issued to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders, if applicable)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Opened or used diaper packs

• Incorrect size selection by customer

• Delay caused by courier partners

• Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share photos/videos as proof

• We will arrange a replacement or refund
